My G3060 printer of 10 days suddenly wouldn't print

I attempted to reinstall, but when I attempt this, it tells me the printer spool(whatever that is) is not running, and the network port is not set

Hello, thank you for using Howly.
Let's try to reset your printer to default settings.
Here's how to do this:
Select this menu from Device settings in the Setup menu. You can set the settings back to default. Returns the Web service settings back to the default.

Wait, I’m slow with this. Presume you mean in the settings menu?

Customer Replay

I’ve opened the settings, tried to click on printer settings, nothing happens.
is there any way we can physically talk to each other.

Currently, we don't have the option to communicate via calls. However, I am ready to tackle this problem with you right now via chat.
Do you have a similar menu?:

Make sure paper settings match information set for rear tray.
If the paper settings do not match the information set for the rear tray, an error message appears on the LCD. Follow the instructions on the LCD to solve the problem.

Don’t fully understand paper settings - rear tray, but no problems with printer menu settings

Is your printer's printer driver selected when printing?
"Canon G3060 series" should be selected in the Print dialog box.

Customer Replay

The printer menu says copy 100%. It has done this since set up by the retailer, and worked for around a week.

Noted, thank you
Please restart the computer and try printing again
