I have an Epson Expression and can no longer print emails

Can make copies but cannot print. Downloaded new Epson diver but still no luck.

Is there any error appearing on the screen as you are trying to do that?

Also, may I ask the exact track of actions you are taking to print an email?

Using AOL MAIL, just double click on the printer icon.

Okay, and then are you being prompted to select a device from which you will print?

Can still make copies from the printer.

Yes, I understand, can you also print regular files saved on your computer?

do no select device. Prints after selecting print icon. Have not tried to print any other files.

Can you please give it a try? Let`s see if the issue is generally with a printer

On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Settings, then click Printers & Scanners in the sidebar. (You may have to scroll down.)
Please let me know if you see your printer there.

No problem! Do you know where is Apple menu on your computer?
The Apple menu is located in the top-left corner of your screen. Please click it to access System Settings and recently used apps, documents, and other items.
