What does my subscription include?

Once you subscribe, we will charge your subscription fee automatically every 28 days.

I’m unable to log in. What steps should I take?

If you can't sign in, first check that you entered the correct username (your username is your email address) and password. If you forgot your password, request a new password by clicking on the Forgot password? link on the Log In page. Then, enter your email and click on the Reset password button. After that, wait for an email with the password reset link from us. Make sure to check the Spam folder if you can’t find the email in your Inbox. Click on the link in the email and follow the instructions to set a new password.

What is the process of canceling my subscription?

We are sorry you want to cancel your subscription. If you don’t need our service anymore, click on the Cancel Subscription button on the Membership panel in My account. In addition, it is possible to cancel your subscription by sending an email at legal@howly.com or by calling +447700174689.
