yes, I have turned it off, unplugged it, and turned it back on, and pulled the back off the printer, but didn't find any paper in the unit

Packing material isn't fully removed.
An ink tank isn't seated properly.
There is an obstruction in the paper feed path.
I'd really appreciate if you will check if ink tank is seated properly now
I pushed in an ink tank and now it looks like it is trying to copy an item and I don's see the error
