I can't reconnect my hp envy 6000 series to to wifi after changing internet companies

I have followed all the directions given by hp and the information button on my printer

Press and hold the Wireless button on the back of the printer for five seconds until the Status light flashes (blue or purple depending on the model).

If it will not work we will try to solve this issue from the router side.
Please, try to follow these steps:

  • Place the printer near the Wi-Fi router.
  • Press and hold the Wi-Fi button and the Power button on the back of the printer for five seconds until the blue bar flashes.
  • Within two minutes, press and hold the WPS button on the router until the connection process begins.
  • Wait for the Wireless light or bar on the printer to stop flashing.
