I am trying to set up a new chromebook and I am stuck on choose your language

Short summary:

  1. If you are stuck on the "Choose your language" page and clicking "Let's go" doesn't yield any results, perform a complete shutdown of your Chromebook by holding down the power button until it turns off.
  2. Wait for a few seconds and then power on your Chromebook by pressing the power button again.
  3. Once you reach the welcome page, select your language and click "Let's go."
  4. If nothing happens after clicking "Let's go," try pressing the "Tab" key on your keyboard to highlight the button, and then press the "Enter" key to click it.
  5. If you are now on the "Google Chrome OS terms" page and are unable to scroll down, attempt using the "Tab" key to highlight the "Accept" button.
  6. If the above steps don't work, restart your Chromebook once more and wait for about 30 seconds before powering it back on.
  7. Upon reaching the "Google Chrome OS terms" page again, try pressing the "Ctrl" + "Alt" + "Shift" + "R" keys simultaneously on the keyboard to initiate a reset.
  8. A window will appear asking you to reset your Chromebook. Click on the "Restart" button.
  9. After the restart, wait for a little longer and then try pressing the "Ctrl" + "Alt" + "Shift" + "R" keys again to see if it triggers any response.
  10. If you still experience difficulties, make sure to use the touchpad located below the keyboard. Slide on the touchpad to move the mouse cursor, and press or tap the lower half of the touchpad to click.
  11. Aim the mouse cursor on the "Accept" button and use the touchpad to click on it.
  12. Follow the on-screen prompts to connect to your desired network and enter the Wi-Fi password when prompted.
  13. Continue with the setup process, signing into your Google account if required.
  14. If you encounter any further issues, don't hesitate to seek further assistance or contact the technical support team for additional guidance.
