Canon ts3355 yellow light on B and will not print wi fi

Short summary:

  1. Check the ink cartridge: Ensure it is properly installed. Replace it if the orange light indicates it has run out.
  2. Close the paper output cover: Make sure it is securely closed to prevent errors.
  3. Continue printing (if needed): Press and hold the Stop/Reset button for 5 seconds to allow printing with low ink.
  4. Verify resolution: Confirm the orange light is off. Test printing from your phone and computer.

Could you tell me please, did it work fine before?

Customer Replay

yes but only once

Top answer

I understood. That's weird. Because the orange light on B means that the ink has run out.
In this case, need to replace the ink cartridge and close the paper output cover. If printing is in progress and you want to continue printing, press the printer's Stop/Reset button for at least 5 seconds with the ink cartridge installed. Then printing can continue under the ink-out condition.
