The only thing I have done is to press the button on the top right side of the watch
To force restart your Apple Watch, press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for at least 10 seconds, then release both buttons when you see the Apple logo.

It goes to the watch mode and within a few seconds it goes back to what I mentiond before
