My Charge 5 has stopped working

Have you tried restarting your Charge 5?

Yes. I have tried to charge it on 2 different chargers but to no avail.

Does it respond to touch?

Please carry out the following steps to reset your Charge 5 device:

  1. Connect your device to the charging cable.
  2. Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times within 8 seconds, holding each press for about 1 second.
  3. Wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.

Do you mean the long bar on both sides of the watch?

No, there is a button on the charging cable itself
Please see the round button on the USB-facing connector

Found it. It has started up, but need to pair it

It's hard to say. Could be anything: connectivity issue, software glitch etc
If it ever becomes unresponsive again, please carry out the same steps to revive it
