Just one test from the my computer that I’m hooked up with. It was a single tone setting and it worked every time.

Can you please provide me with the model of your computer?

Did you try to connect your speaker via Bluetooth?

Make sure the volume of your computer isn't set to mute. Close and re-open the audio playback app. Turn off the Bluetooth® function of your computer, and then turn it on again. Delete the speaker from the list of paired Bluetooth devices, and then pair it again.
Going to give it another try right now
Take your time!
Did you check your volume isn't set to mute?

Did you connect it?
