My problem is when I try to use the speaker it either does not stay on more than 30 seconds

and if is on I will still not get any sound. While running a test I do get the test sound.

Just one test from the my computer that I’m hooked up with. It was a single tone setting and it worked every time.

I no longer show the Blue tooth emblem on my computer so I am not sure, this may be the issue if I am not getting any music. I get the website but not getting the music. What do you think?

Did you try to connect your speaker via Bluetooth?

Yes sir and it will connect for a very short time and then disconnects but as I mentioned, the music from the application is not getting to the speaker

Try to search your BLUETOOTH settings. Type the word Bluetooth in the search bar.

i am not seeing the search bar but I hit the Bluetooth emblem and the message reads Bluetooth file not completed

Make sure the volume of your computer isn't set to mute. Close and re-open the audio playback app. Turn off the Bluetooth® function of your computer, and then turn it on again. Delete the speaker from the list of paired Bluetooth devices, and then pair it again.
