You too! I've tried just what you said, but didn't get list of contacts.

Do you know how to access your contact list?
You need to find the green phone icon.

Customer Replay

Sorry, Dmytro! Where do I find the green phone icon?

You need to unlock your phone
And it should be on your screen

My phone is unlocked. Will I lose contact with you if I go there?

Great, do you have an Android or iPhone?

Customer Replay

But when I go to edit or to the three dots for more, no option for actual delete appears.

Please send me a screenshot of what you see there.

How can I do that?

To take a screenshot:

  1. Press the Power and Volume down buttons at the same time.
  2. If that doesn't work, press and hold the Power button for a few seconds. Then tap Screenshot.

Then you can send this picture to your computer and resent it to our chat from it or directly send it to our email --> help@howly.com

Should I be open to a particular screen when I do this?

Yes, I need to see your screen when you tap Edit or More button.

This time it DID show delete, for the first time--I don't know why it didn't before.

😅 well, that's great. Try to delete the contact now.

Customer Replay

It worked. Search doesn't find the contact now. Thanks for your help. Goodbye.

I’m glad I was able to get that sorted out for you. Is there anything else I can assist you with today?

Customer Replay

No, but God bless you and your family. Goodnight.

If you accidentally delete a contact, you may be able to recover it by going to the 'Trash' or 'Recycle Bin' folder in your contacts app. If it's not there, you may need to restore a backup of your phone to recover the contact.
