Usually, the error code E04 means that the FINE cartridge in your printer is not installed correctly.
To remove the cartridges you will need to push the output tray back in before opening the cover. Once cartridges have been removed they can be re-install them by firmly pushing them back in until they click into place. The cover must then be closed so that printing can be resumed.

I have taken several photos and sent them to my computer. Now, I have been looking for them and they don't come up in the album where they should be.

Hanna, thank you so much. I just needed to print several pages for work and it has been dring me crazy. You hit the nail right on it's head. Problem was with the cartridges. I replaced them and it's working as it should. Thank you so much. I'll buy a new printer tomorrow. Thanks again.
