Rectangular. I had him check all the cables and they were fine

Could you try these steps again, please?
1. Unplug from power and then plug back in 3 times in a row on (2-3 second interval).
2. It will take a few minutes for the router to restart.
3. From the list of available Wi-Fi connections, connect to the network named "STARLINK" or "STINKY".
4. You’ll be prompted to change your Network ID and password.
OR
1. Unplug the mesh from power and then plug back in three times in a row.
2. When repairing the node, make sure to connect to your main Starlink router's network.
3. About two minutes later, on the Starlink App you will receive a notification: "PAIR MESH NODE".
