How do I now check to see how much money is in my TPG account

Go to the TPG website by typing www.tpg.com.au into your web browser.
Click on the "My Account" button at the top of the page.
Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields to log in to your account. If you forgot your password, you can click on the "Forgot Password" link and follow the instructions to reset it.
Once you're logged in, you should be able to see your account balance on the main page. If you can't see it, look for a "Billing" or "Payments" section on the page.
If you prefer, you can also check your account balance by calling TPG at 13 14 23 and selecting option 3. A customer service representative will assist you in checking your account balance.
