My iPhone SE says it is not connected to a network in some apps

eg Apple Support but I can search the net via safari,receive mail etc even with mobile data switched off. There is no WiFi icon in the banner at the top of the Home Screen. Help please.

Just to let you know that my iPad, smart tv etc are all working with good Wi-Fi connectivity and speed

Did you try to restart device?

Yes, switch off completely and restarted, also removed data from apps not being used, removed network and attached to it again, cleared all open apps.

Please try to go settings , open general and choose reset
After choose reset network

Don’t seem to have reset, only Transfer or Reset iPhone, or Shut Down

Now try to restart device and check if any changes affect

Try to delete it and restart your phone
