Just to let you know that my iPad, smart tv etc are all working with good Wi-Fi connectivity and speed
Did you try to restart device?
Yes, switch off completely and restarted, also removed data from apps not being used, removed network and attached to it again, cleared all open apps.
Please try to go settings , open general and choose reset
After choose reset network
Don’t seem to have reset, only Transfer or Reset iPhone, or Shut Down

Now try to restart device and check if any changes affect
still no icon and Apple Support app says there is not network connection, by safari is happy
Can you try to check for updates on IOS ?

Try to delete it and restart your phone
