Since my early years, I have been fascinated with tech. I remember growing up watching tech-related YouTubers and playing video games. Back then, my dream to become a game developer was born. And that was the dream I decided to pursue. I enrolled in a Comp Science program at Kyiv National Economic University and graduated with a bachelor’s in Comp Science.
But back then, I also realized working in IT is not only about developing apps, games, and websites. Even when it came to coding, most of the time is spent troubleshooting and solving problems. What’s more, I discovered that my favorite part was exactly that – solving problems and troubleshooting. That’s when I decided to pursue a career in IT support.
By now, I have had a chance to work on various projects over the years in tech support and online consulting. My journey included growing from a tech support representative to a team leader of a team powered by over 60 strong tech experts. Now at Howly, I head a team of tech experts and help online advice become available and accessible to everyone.
