My ET-3750 prints when I use my iPAD, but not when I use a new LG Laptop.

Both the laptop and the printer show excellent wi fi connectivity. I just keep getting error msg. that there is an error with the printer.

Short summary:

  1. Ensure both your laptop and Epson printer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
  2. Power cycle the printer by disconnecting the power cord for 1 minute and then reconnecting it.
  3. Set the printer as the default printer on your computer through the Control Panel.
  4. If the printer shows an error state, go to Control Panel, select the printer, and choose "Use Printer Online" if it's offline.
  5. Test the printer by printing a test page or any other document.

Yes. I ran trouble-shooters on both laptop and printer.

Could you please ensure that both your LG laptop and the ET-3750 printer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Double-check the Wi-Fi settings on both devices to ensure they are properly connected.

In this case let's try to power cycle the printer.
Please follow these steps to power cycle your printer:

  1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  2. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
  3. Wait at least 1 minute.
  4. Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
  5. Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
  6. Turn the printer on.

In this case let's check if the printer is set as the default one.

  • To check if the printer is set as the default please press Windows key + I to open Settings, click Devices > Printers & scanners, select your printer, and click Open queue.
  • Click Printer on the top toolbar and click Set As Default Printer.
  • If you do not want Windows to manage your default printers, return to the Printers & scanners page and untick Allow Windows to manage my default printer.

Yes, on my computer
I just printed from my iPad without a problem. Yes, you can click on it.

Could you please try printing again and take a screenshot of that error message you see on your computer?
To take a screenshot you need to press the Windows + Print Screen keys on your keyboard at the same time. For some keyboards, you may see other signs marked along with Print Screen. In this case, you need to press the Fn key simultaneously when capturing. The captured screenshot will be saved in C:\Users\ADMIN\Pictures\Screenshots as a PNG image.

Please, follow these steps:

  1. Press Windows + S to open the Search menu, enter Control Panel in the text field, and click on the relevant search result.
  2. Click on View devices and printers under Hardware and Sound.
  3. Select the problematic Printer.
  4. If you see that your printer has the Offline status, right-click on it and select Use Printer Online.
  5. If it is able to go online, you will see the Ready message instead of Offline.
