My Epson ET-2850 printer has a message saying - priner error contact epson support

Got it!
If you come across the Epson printer error 000041, then:

  1. Press the Start button so that the ink cartridges move back to their position.
  2. Now press down the installed cartridges.
  3. And again press the “Start” button.

It now has the same message with the number 034004 at the end

Do you mean error code 034004?

This error is caused by a paper jam.

But there is no paper jammed. I have been through the process to clear the paper with no correction

Check it one more time please:

  1. Remove the paper roller from the back.
  2. Take a flashlight and look into the paper feeder. You may find peace of
  3. Take the paper out.
    You can get a piece of sticky tape and put it inside and stick it on the paper and take the paper out.

I am trying to do what you asked. the printer screen now says the print head may require maintainence. i will do a head clean this will take a while
its still head cleaning and checking alignment

Thast all went OK. Now when I go to my computer and press print. It comes up and says attention required and when I press print the docuemtn does not print. Maybe I should restart my computer

You can choose which settings to reset or reset them all.

  1. Press the home button.
  2. Select Settings > Restore Default Settings.
  3. Select one of these options: Network Settings. Resets all network settings. Scan Settings. Clear All Data and Settings.
  4. Press the OK button to reset the selected settings.

On the printer.
Also, may I ask you to do that:

  1. Pull the power cord on the printer to turn it off.
  2. And then wait for a few minutes. While you are waiting, run a restart on
    the primary computer that's also linked to the printer.
  3. Plug everything back into power and check to see if your problem is resolved.
