My Daughters Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 56G is not able to open

Because she Forgot her Password, she got it 3 months ago at a Verizon store in Fairbanks Alaska is there anything you can do without having to totally reset the phone and her loosing pics and everything else she has on it.

Click Unlock my screen option on the left panel of Find My Mobile account interface > Click on Unlock button. After it completes, your Samsung phone should be unlocked successfully.
