What troubleshooting have you done so far?
I went to print document it said to unplug and call you

After that plug everything back in and try to print something
I get printer error B200 unplug and call you

Please, unplug your printer from the power again
Then open the printer's door, carefully disconnect the print head, and lift it out of the device. Reseat it and see if that fixes the issue.
