I can’t click anything on the screen

Thank you for sharing the picture! Please make sure the physical Wi‑Fi switch on your laptop is turned on. An indicator light usually shows when it's on.
Do you have a physical Wi-Fi switch on your laptop?

Could you please click the F12 button (the one with the airplane on it)?
If you accidentally turned on airplane mode on your laptop, it disables your Wi-Fi.
