I'm unable my soundbar connected to my LG TV

My soundbar which is Samsung doesn't turn on remote

What troubleshooting have you done so far?

I have changed batteries, removes batteries and held down pwr button to release any battery voltage, and shut down complete system TV..soundbar.. subwoofer and even unplugged from wall

To reset your soundbar:
Turn off your soundbar and unplug the power cord from the power outlet for 1 or 2 minutes.
Plug your power cord back into the power outlet.
Turn on your soundbar.
