I want to print a file from numbers, my printer told me to try later

it is telling me to remove any jammed paper and make sure the paper tray is installed. I can't find a paper jam and the tray is installed

Please follow the instructions

  1. Turn on the printer
  2. Open the front door, and then lift the ink cartridge access door.

  1. Wait until the carriage stops moving before you continue.
  2. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  3. Move the print carriage to the far left and far right, and remove any jammed or torn pieces of paper.

door is open i think...it is the front panel that pulls down. nothing is moving the power cord is removed

  1. Remove the paper path cover.

Please, follow the instructions:

  1. In the Safari app, go to the page you want to bookmark.
