I need help making a Bluetooth connection between my Xperia 1 III and my headphones

I turn on headphones, I go into Device settings, turn on Bluetooth, locate PX7, press to connect - but I always get rejected
Have you tried to Remove/Forget the product from the Bluetooth list on your device, and then retry the pairing process?

- Try turning Bluetooth Off and then On again on your source device, and then retry the pairing process.

- If you have previously paired your headphones with your source device, Remove/Forget the product from the Bluetooth list on your device, and then retry the pairing process. For instructions on how to do this, please refer to the manufacturer of the device.
- Try turning your Bluetooth device completely off and then on again.
- Ensure both your headphones and your Bluetooth device are within 10 metres of each other. Try to limit obstacles such as walls and electrical or wireless equipment between the two, as these can potentially compromise Bluetooth performance.
- Perform a Reset on your headphones. This can be done via the Bowers & Wilkins Headphones app.
Alternatively, a reset can also be performed by pressing and holding simultaneously the Volume +, Volume - and Noise Cancellation buttons for 10 seconds.
resetting the headphones worked! I was able to pair my Xperia to the PX7
