Ok, *****. The error usually occurs if the cartridges of your printer are not properly installed.
Can you please check that the yellow tape has been removed from the cartridge? If you're not sure, pull out the cartridge to check.
Yellow tape has been removed. Incidentally the printer's on/off button is flashing.
Ok, turn off your printer
And let's try to check each cartridge separately.
Install one cartridge
And check if the same problem still occurs.

The black catridge is ok. For the other 3 the little on screen window on the printer said the cartridges were not installed corrwctrly
Ok, make sure that the cartridges are in the correct slots. Check the position using the colored label guide, located on the plastic above the ink cartridge holder.
