I have bose sport open ear buds i just got charged it once and now they won't turn on

If powering on for the first time, make sure you press the button on the left earbud and then the right earbud.
Make sure the earbuds are on the charging base correctly when charging
its not the first itme it worked yesterdya
Are you sure that you are charging it correctly?
i put in the charger and nothing is happening
The direction of the earbuds must match the diagram on the charging base.
- Look for the L and R markings to ensure you place the correct earbud on the correct side.
- The earbuds will magnetically snap into place.
