I have an acer laptop thats not working

i have a laptop exactly like the one im useing now and when i turn it on the lights come on the acer logo comes on the screen but thats all

  3. When the Acer logo or splash screen appears, press F2, F9, F10 and Enter on your keyboard.
  4. Choose Exit > Yes and press Enter.

  1. Step 1: Restart the laptop. When you see the Acer logo, press the Power button and reboot it. Repeat this operation three times until you see the automatic repair interface.
  2. Step 2: Click Troubleshoot from Choose an option.
  3. Step 3: Click Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart.
  4. Step 4: Press F5 to enter Safe Mode with Networking.

i cant click trouble shoot, all i have is a black screen with the acer logo
