Check TV for any changes
If have the laptop hooked to the TV with an HDMI cable and it is still only showing the background of my home page
I understand this
Do you have any changes on the screen after changing to 100%?
No. do you think it could be a cable
No, it is unlikely
What about resolution settings
Please try different options and check if there is any changes on the TV screen
I just hit display orientation and it changed the home screen on the TV
How exactly did it change?
I can go to portrait on flip it in landscape
Please try different display resolutions in this section
Got it
You can return to the way it was by clicking display orientation again
Yes, it changes the screen - in fact I can now see the tool bar at the bottom and the time
Can you, for example, open a browser, or do you see icons on the desktop?
Could it be that bluetooth is turned off?
I don't have icons except in the tool bar, but the laptop screen has them diplayed in the main screen
No, since you connected it via HDMI, Bluetooth has nothing to do with this

But try to hit it
Was the taskbar moved from the bottom to the right side?
you are right, and dupicate brought back to the TV
I think it might be working-should I try to open something, like Spotify
or anything on Google/
Yes, sure!
If you need to return the taskbar to the bottom, follow these steps:
1. Click a blank portion of the taskbar.
2. Hold down the primary mouse button, and then drag the mouse pointer to the place on the screen where you want the taskbar. Done, and I'm playing music with the the TV matching the laptop. I think we got this!
