I replaced the column a couple months ago and it was okay. When I breathe into it it's not taking my breath. My numbers are not going up. They are staying low.

Let's first try resetting it. Here's how to do it:
1. Press and hold the plus and minus buttons for 5 seconds. The screen will display “sieve reset”
message.
2. Release buttons once the message is displayed on the screen.
3. Press the alert/bell button once and the screen will display "sieve reset success."
4. Press the power button to turn on the Inogen G4, and use it normally.
