I have a epson Xp430, it brings up printer and que but isnt printing

I processed taxes thru turbor tax. Trying to print off my taxed, printer comes up for me to hit print and a box comes up with que
que, but then nothing prints

No, it brings up the que box and I see it enters number of pages. then everything goes away and I just see the form I am trying to print.
Let's try to Power cycle your Epson printer.
Please follow these steps to power cycle your printer:
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 1 minute.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
- Turn the printer on.
