Please, try to hard reboot your iPad
Press and hold the top button and the Home button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.
i did try it
but i didn't touch the screen
Please, try that once again
it show slide to power off
Press and hold those buttons until you see the Apple logo
