I can't unlock my iPhone because the screen is zoomed in

What troubleshooting have you done so far?

once I chose in settings to zoom in in my iPhone while tapping the screen with 3 fingers
I did that now because I wanted to see something and no I can't zoom out
I'm trying the same thing now to zoom out but I can't
its stuck

Can you try to tap twice with three fingers again and tell me what can you see?

I tried but when I press the side button i can understand that its trying to but because the screen is zoomed in I can't see that part of the screen to reboot it

You can turn the iPhone off and on to restart it, or you can also perform a hard reboot of the iPhone. Performing hard restarts is done as follows:
Press Volume up, then Volume Down, then press and hold the Power button until you see the Apple logo on the screen.
