I can't remove the paper cassette from my new printer

Can you please tell me if you get any error messages while trying to remove the paper cassette?
I'm setting up a new printer and can't get the paper cassette, like they show on the video. I've tried three times.
So, at the time, remove the paper tray
Then, close the front panel:
I can't get the front panel to go all the way up and the paper tray is stuck.
Please, try carefully do the following steps:
- Locate the cassette below the front paper output tray.
- Reach underneath theprinter, fitting your fingers into the groove in the front of the cassette.
- Pull the cassette toward you. You have successfully removed the tray.
It worked!. Is the tray I first pulled out, on top of the cassette, the tray the printed paper comes out on?
I guess so :)
