I can't get sound on my Dell laptop

Short summary:

I just looked at my order and it says Windows 11

Okay, to figure out your Windows version, please make these steps:

  1. Press the Start button and choose Settings.
  2. In settings choose System and scroll down the left menu.
  3. In the bottom of the left menu click on "About" and scroll down to the right menu, there is your Windows version info located.
    Tell me it, please.

Please follow these steps to find out if your Windows needs updates:

  1. Click on the Start button and choose Settings.
  2. On the bottom of the left menu locate the Windows Update menu and click on it.
  3. On the top side of the right menu click on "Check for updates".
  4. Tell me what you see after it, please.

  • After that update will Download and installed, I will ask you to reboot your laptop.
  • After your laptop will launch again, please open your browser, visit the YouTube page, and play any video to figure out if you have the sound already.
