I can't get sound on my Dell laptop

Okay, to figure out your Windows version, please make these steps:
- Press the Start button and choose Settings.
- In settings choose System and scroll down the left menu.
- In the bottom of the left menu click on "About" and scroll down to the right menu, there is your Windows version info located.

- Click on the Start button and choose Settings.
- On the bottom of the left menu locate the Windows Update menu and click on it.
- On the top side of the right menu click on "Check for updates".
- Tell me what you see after it, please.
