Fitbit sense watch need to reset back to factory set up

What version of Fitbit sense do you have?

1. Open the settings
2. Scroll down, and tap on About sense
3. Tap Factory reset

I NOT SURE AS THE DOWNLOADING HAS NOT STOP ALLDAY SINCE I SHUT DOWN FACTORY SETTING

Let's try to reboot your device. Press and hold the button on the side for 20-25 seconds, till your device will start rebooting.
