1. Open the settings
2. Scroll down, and tap on About sense
3. Tap Factory reset
I NOT SURE AS THE DOWNLOADING HAS NOT STOP ALLDAY SINCE I SHUT DOWN FACTORY SETTING
Let's try to reboot your device. Press and hold the button on the side for 20-25 seconds, till your device will start rebooting.
