Why pay for an answer to a problem with an app im already paying for

Anyway -- I can not access any episodes of new Amsterdam other than season 5, episode 1. 3 episodes have aired, tonight will be #4.

I accessed it on my phone to activate it on the tv
I have not tried to watch it on my phone

Go to Settings > All Settings > Support. · Select Software Update. · Select Check for Updates and if an update is available Download and Install.
