Thank you for the clarification!

Customer Replay

is a person going to talk to me on the phone to help me?

author

Currently, we don't have an option to communicate via calls. However, I am ready to tackle this problem with you right now via chat.

Customer Replay

can you tell me how to get back the gray bar across the bottom for scrolling across pages?

author

Are you talking about this bar?

Customer Replay

Could you, please, send me a screenshot of where it is supposed to be so I can more clearly understand your request??

Customer Replay

i don't know how to do that

author

Press Ctrl + PrtScn keys. The entire screen changes to gray including the open menu. Select Mode, or in earlier versions of Windows, select the arrow next to the New button. Select the kind of snip you want, and then select the area of the screen capture that you want to capture.
To attach pictures to our chat, you need to press the paper clip button in the lower right corner of the chat window. Then you have either to choose an image on your device or take a photo right away. Then confirm sending.
Is everything clear with the provided instruction?

i don't seem to be able to do this. At the bottom of my google chrome display page there is a bar with the start button and all the other buttons... excel, word, etc... there used to be a gray bar just above that one that I could use to scroll from one side to the other. today that gray bar ias gone. there must be some way to get it back.

author

Could you please tell me when and how did the problem occur?

Customer Replay

not sure. the gray bar for scrollong from side to side was there last night, not there this morning.
perhaps I accidentally touched something that made it disappear.

You can press Windows + I to open Windows Settings, and click Personalization.
Then click Taskbar in the left pane to open Taskbar settings window.
Then you can check if Automatically hide the taskbar in desktop mode is Off or On, and make sure it is in Off status

Customer Replay

How do I press Windows +1

author

Press the Win logo button + the I button

Customer Replay

where is the win logo button?

author

The Windows key is a standard key on most keyboards on computers built to use a Windows operating system. It is labeled with a Windows logo, and is usually placed between the Ctrl and Alt keys on the left side of the keyboard; there may be a second identical key on the right side as well
I'll be here in case you will need any additional help.

Customer Replay

what is the I button?

author

It is the button on your Keyboard

Customer Replay

I pressed the win logo button and the capital i key and it made the screen very large, how do i return to the size it was?

author

***** could please sent me a picture of what you see on your screen?

Customer Replay

I can't seem to be able to do that. across the top is a bar witj Mail, then Chat/howly, then new tab ... below that is a the bar with arrows pointinge left and right plus search bar an google logo, etc to the the three vertical dots ... below that is a bar showing my bookmarks

author

The simplest way to take a screenshot in Windows 10 is to use the Print Screen button. You'll find it on the upper-right side of most keyboards (or next to the Space Bar on some). Tap PrtSc once to copy an image of your entire screen to the clipboard. You can then hit Ctrl + V to paste it into the chat.

Customer Replay
