I'm sure it's something I did. Was trying to connect a Chromecast by piggy backing off another phone

1. Go to Settings --> System --> Advanced --> Reset options.
2. Touch Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth --> RESET SETTINGS.

*****, have you tried to put out the SIM and put it back in, and restart your phone?

I've restarted but not removed sim.
