One of my phones doesn’t connect with anything

I've lost data, and everything is turned on that's suppose to be. The phone number that's not working

Is there any hardware or software damage with that phone device or the problem only with a number?

I'm sure it's something I did. Was trying to connect a Chromecast by piggy backing off another phone

Please follow this:
On that phone
1. Go to Settings --> System --> Advanced --> Reset options.
2. Touch Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth --> RESET SETTINGS.
3. Touch RESET SETTINGS.

*****, have you tried to put out the SIM and put it back in, and restart your phone?

I've restarted but not removed sim.
