Tried to connect via bluetooth between phones, but pairing was unsuccessful, and cant seem to download the backup from icloud
I think it has something to do with the "welcome screen" not appearing ... it starts on the home screen

There is an option to transfer data through back-ups from iTunes on the computer.
Do you have a computer and iTunes on it?

Customer Replay

Have computer, but don't use itunes

No worries!
You can download iTunes from your computer from the Microsoft store at https://apps.microsoft.com/store/detail/itunes/9PB2MZ1ZMB1S?hl=en-en&gl=en&icid=CNavAppsWindowsApps
Or on the official Apple page at https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT210384
Download it and tell me so we can proceed with further instructions

Customer Replay

Could you please try again and send me a screenshot of the error message?

Can you tell me if you request a code on your phone before the iTunes app asks for it, or after?

Customer Replay
