My printer is not printing when I press print

What troubleshooting have you done so far?
I tried to get the driver to see if that would work, but it doesn't.

Could you please try to power cycle it:
- Unplug it from the power outlet
- Wait for the 60s and plug back in
- Try to print.
It printed, but I had to press the OK button. That is the only way that it will print.

Let's try to factory restore it:
- On the product control panel, press the OK button to open the menus.
- Open the following menus:
- Highlight service then press ok
- Select restore defaults press ok
