My printer HP Office Jet Pro 8715 will no longer communicate with my computer. What can I do?

Can you help me restore the connection?

Short summary:

  1. Make sure the printer is turned on and connected to the computer via USB cable or WiFi.
  2. Open the HP Smart app on your computer.
  3. Click on "Diagnose & Fix" located in the bottom left corner of the app window.
  4. Click on "Start" and follow any instructions provided if any issues are found.
  5. If no issues are found, check for any firmware updates by following this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-officejet-pro-8710-all-in-one-printer-series/7902014/model/7902020.
  6. Click on "Firmware" and then click on "Download".
  7. Update the firmware of your printer.
  8. Check if the printer is still not communicating with the computer. If it is still not communicating, try to connect the printer to your WiFi network.

Can not connect to it wirelessly or connected. Restarted. Re-installed it.
The black ink is HP but the color is not.
Is HP just blocking it because of the ink?
