What else in troubleshooting have you done so far?
Had no internet this morning but managed to fix that. We have a WD Cloud drive that I'm having trouble connecting to.
Could you please tell me, if your WD drive is shown on the computer?

Could you please try to change the USB port/Cable to detect WD external hard drive?
Sorry, I do not understand this. The WD drive is wireless

Issue appears to be resolved! I turned everything off before I went. Just returned to look at it again and WD external drive is visible again. Thank you for your assistance.
