What troubleshooting steps have you tried already?

Customer Replay

There is a button on the bottom which I pushed and also held my finger on the page

Ok
Have you seen the orange light charge indicator blinking repeatedly after you disconnected your device from power?

It stays a solid orange then to green

Can you please press and hold down the power button for 40 seconds? Then turn the device back on by hitting the power button again.
Let me know how everything is going.

Customer Replay

It did flash, came on and now appears to be loading something.

Ok
Let me know when it's done.

Customer Replay

Ok, is everything working right now?

Customer Replay

yes, what happened?

It's a common bug that sometimes appears on Kindle.

Customer Replay

is there anyway i can remove it?
The green light doesnt show thats its fully charged

Well, it shouldn't appear anytime soon
So, you can continue use your device

Customer Replay

Even though it doesnt show thats its charged??

Right now, it's turned on, correct? So, you can use it. Then try to put it on charge again and see if the same problems occur.
