My home internet modem keeps rebooting on its own and will not stabilize so the devices in the home can connect with it

It is a brand new modem. How do I resolve the issue? I have unplugged the modem to do a manual reset and plugged the modem backup to reboot. The modem shows up on the network for a few minutes but will not allow you to connect tot eh network.

Try using a different power outlet. Use an uninterrupted power supply to protect your router from power outages. Make sure that you're using the power adapter that came in the box with your router.

Yes. I have tried all of the outlets downstairs and upstairs and issue is the same.

I can try to move the internet modem again to see if it works,but I did try relocating the modem three times in all of the locations in the home.

I replaced the modem with the same brand hoping that a new modem would be different.

Is this a second one that has same issue?

Did you follow the instruction in your manual to connect everything properly?

I had a technician come out and check the cable lines to our house and he indicated there were no issues with the lines.

I do not understand why it will not remain stable.
It will stabilize for a few minutes then it will automatically start rebooting over and over.

Overheating is a big problem for Ubees. Are you sure it doesn't positioned in a place of heat?

I am sure. It is not on the floor and it is in an upright position.

I can check the temperature of the modem in a few minutes. I just unplugged the modem.

When you try to hard reset it, do you unplug it for 30+ seconds?

I unplugged it for 2 minutes after the hard reset.

It has a reset pin hole in the back.

Did you use it too?

When I used the reset pin hole in the back I held it for 15 seconds before releasing the reset button as instructed.

I am at at a lost here. The same result as before not stabilizing to connect devices and constantly rebooting.

I am about to reconnect a new Ubee modem that has a new network name and password to see if the third time is the charm.

I feel like I am going to network security school to solve/troubleshoot my own paid issue.
They sent out a technician who could not resolve the issue twice.

Can you use other brand? Or at least model?
