If it says that your account is temporarily banned that means that you will get access to it sooner or later, meaning it will not at least be banned forever.
Here's what we can do as well.
If your contact information was changed by a hacker, you had to receive an email from Facebook with the "secure your account" option.
So, you need to visit your mailbox and find a letter first.
Please, check all your folders, including spam, junk, social media, etc. Please note, that a letter should be sent from security@facebookmail.com

i received an email from facebook at 4;35 am saying that my account si disabled and then completed the form at about 9:30 when i woke up
