My facebook account has been temporally disabled

I completed the steps that facebook gave me. i think i might of been hacked. the hacjer got into my business managaer and started posting ads that eventually got my business account and my private account temporally banned. Is there hope or not ?

Short summary:

  1. Submit the "Confirm your identity" form: Go to https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/183000765122339 and scroll down to the bottom of the page.
  2. Click "Choose files" and upload a photo of your ID.
  3. If your contact information was changed by a hacker, check your email for a message from Facebook with the "secure your account" option. Look in all folders, including spam and junk, and ensure the email is from security@facebookmail.com.
  4. If you received a pop-up to "disagree with their decision," proceed to complete the steps with the email.
  5. Wait for a response from Facebook, which typically takes 1 to 5 business days.
  6. Press the "I disagree" button if you have the option.
  7. Wait for their response and contact support again if needed.

Yes, there's still hope.
You need to submit the “Confirm your identity” form:

Currently, Facebook doesn't have any form of live support.

If it says that your account is temporarily banned that means that you will get access to it sooner or later, meaning it will not at least be banned forever.
Here's what we can do as well.
If your contact information was changed by a hacker, you had to receive an email from Facebook with the "secure your account" option.
So, you need to visit your mailbox and find a letter first.
Please, check all your folders, including spam, junk, social media, etc. Please note, that a letter should be sent from security@facebookmail.com

i received an email from facebook at 4;35 am saying that my account si disabled and then completed the form at about 9:30 when i woke up
