My epson work force pro we-3720 will not print from internet

it will print test pages. i have uninstalled it and installed new ink.

Short summary:

  1. Open the Control Panel on your computer. You can do this by clicking on the "Start" button and searching for "Control Panel".
  2. In the Control Panel, locate and click on the "Devices and Printers" option.
  3. Look for your Epson WorkForce Pro WF-3720 printer in the list of devices and printers. It should be displayed with its name. Right-click on the printer icon.
  4. From the context menu, select "Printing preferences". This will open the printing preferences window for your printer.
  5. In the printing preferences window, click on the "Advanced" tab. Here, you should see various options related to your printer settings.
  6. Look for an option called "Print using system dialog" under the "Document Options" section. Check the box next to this option.
  7. Click "Apply" or "OK" to save the changes you made to the printing preferences.
  8. Close the Control Panel.

If the issue still persists after following the above steps, you can try the following additional steps:

  1. Restart your web browser (Edge) and try printing again to see if the Epson printer appears in the printing dialog box.
  2. If the printer still doesn't appear, you can try using a different web browser to see if the issue is specific to Edge.
  3. In Edge, go to "Settings and more" (three horizontal dots in the top-right corner) > "Help and feedback" > "About Microsoft Edge". Check if the About page shows an update is available for Edge. If an update is available, install it and then try printing again.

Usually, you need to choose it from the list of your printers in the browser to print from the internet
Once you send the page for printing, the printing dialog should appear, check if you have selected your printer in the box like on this picture


You need to choose Epson 3720 from the list, check if you see it there

To take a screenshot you need to press the Windows + Print Screen keys on your keyboard at the same time. The captured screenshot will be saved in C:\Users\ADMIN\Pictures\Screenshots as a PNG image.

im sorry, i cant figure it out. i can tell you that all optrions on the drop down for printing is either print to pdf or one note. it dont find any printers. i only have the one

In the browser press - 'Ctrl' + 'Shift' + 'P' keys
That should open another print dialog can you locate your printer there?

i did, im back. the problem is still there. there is no epson in the print dialog box
