My epson printer will not print blue

What and where is the cartridge chip? Where are and hjow do I get to the nozzles? How do I reset the ink levels?

Alright, remove them and look at the bottom of the cartridges, check if there is blue tape on them on the bottom
I guess i dont know how to take them out. I know how to fill only.

Press and hold the power button and the help button at the same time until you see the Power Cleaning screen. Follow the instructions on the LCD screen to run the Power Cleaning.

I finally got it working. Takes about 7 min

the message was that the print quality will improve after 12 hours
The nozzles must have gotten dirty, that's why the issue happened
