My computer has been locked

I don't trust the numer on th message How do I connect with the correct person? I need my computer ! but with all the scammers, I dont trust these messages.

it is stating that access to this PC has been blocked for security reasons. contact apple support *****. With a repeating verbal message. that my IP address is being used for illegal activity. Do not shut down computer ! I am not very coputer literrate & don't know what to do!
I am using my company laptop An hp windows based.

I tried it , but the same message appears.

If the message reappears, disconnect the computer from the Internet for long enough to erase that site from the browser history.

I unplugged the power cord & printer cables.

I had this happen with Macfee& they hacked my bank accounts for several thousand dollars! THat is why I dont trust anyone , even if it is a source I am familiar with!

Open Chrome
Click More and then Settings .
Click Privacy and Security and then Safe Browsing.
Select the level of "Safe Browsing" you want to use.
This will help you not to receive such messages in the future

Press Ctrl + PrtScn keys.
To attach your screenshot to our chat, you need to press the paper clip button in the lower right corner of the chat window. Then you have to choose an image and confirm sending.

I don't mind screen share. google chrome , settings and licked on 3 dotts i upper right corner. MY computer is no longer locked. I just need to know that it is safe. I recieved some nunbers 666 & same as pictures, but , again I am not very good with computers.
