yes just did it and same message when turn on and I think i have deleted the printer from computer settings

Could you try, please, to find the button marked Pause/Reset on the row of buttons on the control panel? Press and hold the button down for at least three seconds to clear the print job and reset your printer.
its only has a on/off

done just waiting for to come back on. i have cleaned out some paper it was stuck at the back of printer, could be the cause of it
