Laptop doesn't recognize my PIN

Short summary:

If you don't remember your PIN, try logging in with your password.
Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your PIN.
If you can't remember your challenge phrase, try entering "A1B2C3".
Once you're logged in, change your PIN by going to Start > Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options >Windows Hello PIN or PIN (Windows Hello) > I forgot my PIN and then follow the instructions to change it.

I recommend changing your PIN now to avoid this in the future, please, follow this:
After you're signed in, select Start > Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options >Windows Hello PIN or PIN (Windows Hello) > I forgot my PIN and then follow the instructions to change it.
